Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, which cannot be returned.

Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Other items not eligible for return include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records

Additionally:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often take some time before they’re processed. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: blimp.world1@gmail.com

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact.oliviaandco@gmail.com and send your item to: Avenue Nicolas Crutzen, Dison, Liège, 4820.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will know that you’ve returned their gift.

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following postal address: Rue de l'Imagerie 110, 1000 Brussels. Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
